Prof. TIAN Jie Elected as 2017 OSA Fellow

On October, 17th, Professor Jie Tian, director of Key Laboratory of Molecular Imaging, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was elected as one of the members of The Optical Society of America (OSA) in the latest class of OSA Fellows.

Professor Tian is well-known for numerous innovations on development and applications of bioluminescent tomography and fluorescent molecular tomography, and outstanding leadership in the development of optical molecular imaging in China. This year, he was elected as fellows of OSA and Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE), two major international society for optics and photonics.
